Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.
Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.
Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

Fiber provider informed the splicing has started.

Cable has been laid and repair works will commence shortly.

The cable crew are still working to expose all the cable. Once finished they will start to splice the fibres.

Spare cable has arrived on site and restoration works will commence shortly.

The fibres have been damaged due to excavator work, spare cables have been ordered which should arrive on site within the hour. Further updates will follow once available.

Our fibre carrier has found a construction site on the way which caused the damage, they are currently assessing and further updates will be shared once available.

Our supplier has advised that they are facing a fiber issue between Schwalmstadt and Lohfelden (Germany). Field engineers have been dispatched for measurement and we are awaiting the ETA.
