Fibre team dispatched to site to performing OTDR testing. No ETR available.

Fiber team reached site and performed the OTDR testing. They have located the fault to be 19,864 m from the site in Venturada, Spain. They are now proceeding the the fault location to asses the damage and fiber the fiber cut.

Please be advised we are experiencing a suspected fibre cut between El Rebollar Requena, Spain <> Paterna, Spain. We have contacted our local operations team for investigation. Further updates will follow.

Our field team is due to arrive on site at 09:45 UTC in El Rebollar Requena, Spain and 10:00 UTC at Valencia, Spain. Further updates will follow.

Measurements from El Rebollar indicate a drop at 46.8km, and from Valencia Parque at 3.91km. Both distances coincide with construction work underway in the Barranco del Poyo ravine. The FLM team is heading to this area. The first FLM team will arrive at 10:45 UTC.
