Aktuell kommt es zu Störungen auf den folgenden Links:

Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.

Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

A ticket with the third-party supplier has already been opened.

Due to the redundant network structure, there is no outage.

An ETR is not available yet.

Field teams have been dispatched by our provider to perform measurements and determine the exact fault location.

The fiber cut was localized. Field teams have arrived at the fault site. The cable has been broken in several places by drilling works, there is no ETA yet.

The damage is localized, but lies in a bean at a depth of approx. 4 m. Engineers don't see any possibility of repairing the damage at night, as several roads have to be bridged with a makeshift to avoid further damage. They have ordered heavy equipment to the damage site for 7:00 a.m. with the help of which they can then repair the damage.

Our service provider has informed us that they are currently digging two holes in front and behind the fault location. They need to blow cable between these two holes afterwards. Given the road scenario on the premise it is taking longer time than usual. We are currently waiting for some good pictures from them. Once the excavation work is done they can also share the ETR as well. Please keep an eye on this thread for progressive updates.

Unfortuantely, no ETR could be obtained. But they are hopeful to finish the work by today. Please understand, there are several roads have to bridged and currently excavation is on going to put the cable ducts into the hole made by the company who destroyed the cable. We apologies for the inconvenience.

Cable preparations are still ongoing. Splicing work will begin around 20:30 CEST

Splice works are still ongoing, as engineers need to replace a splicing device, which was damaged. Estimated ETR 5 hours since now.
