Dear Customers,

We are currently undergoing a software upgrade on our interconnection platform, which will
temporarily disrupt services for affected customers. Access ports may experience downtime
of up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window. Additionally, please note that the
Route server BGP sessions of the affected customers will be temporarily shut down for
administrative purposes during this maintenance period
