A field engineer has been assigned to visit the site along with the spare hardware. Considering the city traffic and the travel distance of 200 kilometers the estimated time of arrival of the field engineer is 13:00 GMT.

Link is impacted due to a suspected hardware fault in a transmission device in Peniscola, Spain. A remote reset of the card did not fix the issue. A task has been raised with the field team to visit the site along with the spares.
