Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Splicing work has begun.

Cable preparation almost finished. Splicing will start within the next hour.

Technicians and other support staff are on site. The cable is now being installed between the two head holes.

The red KSR is now exposed. Additional staff will be on site tomorrow at 08:00 UTC+01 at the latest. The old cable will be pulled out and a new one will replace it. Splicing will follow after that. New updates will be available at 08:00 UTC+01 tomorrow.

Unfortunately works can not be finished today because of the vast amount of water. Due to low visibility in the evening, safety of staff can not be ensured.
What was already accomplished:
- digging works onsite
- installation of water pumps, which should ensure good working conditions tomorrow. Pumps will stay active overnight.
- KSR has been made accessible from two sides, it will be pulled out tomorrow.
- because of this large scale operation, another maintenance crew of 8 technicians will begin tomorrow at 07:30 UTC+01.

The slope on the farmer's land slipped, and he then attempted to repair it. While digging, he destroyed the red KSR. A significant amount of water is coming from the field, and it is currently not possible to repair the damage. A drainage system must first be set up to ensure personal safety.
