Field operations confirm that the excavator is finishing up its required work. Splicing is expected to start at 12:30 UTC.

Measurements from El Rebollar indicate a drop at 46.8km, and from Valencia Parque at 3.91km. Both distances coincide with construction work underway in the Barranco del Poyo ravine. The FLM team is heading to this area. The first FLM team will arrive at 10:45 UTC.
