Please be informed that the crew onsite has found the fiber cable damaged at a different point, the repairing works are still in progress.

This is to inform you that our national backbone provider localized fault location. The Fiber repairing crew is performing intervention on site between Pisa and La Spezia city in Italy.

A fiber problem is suspected in Italy on the high hierarchy link between Rome and Turin. Our national provider has been engaged for further verification.
