Aktuell kommt es zu Störungen auf den folgenden Links:

München2 (Equinix MU1) - Nürnberg2 (Core-Backbone DC2)

Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.

Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

We are currently seeing an Outage on the following Links:

Munich2 (Equinix MU1) - Nuremberg2 (Core-Backbone DC2)

A ticket with the third-party supplier has already been opened.

Due to the redundant network structure, there is no outage.

An ETR is not available yet.

Splicing is in progress.

Sleeves are in the process of being created, cables are currently being placed and prepared for splicing.

Technicians are back on site and the pumps are currently emptying the shafts. A usable, intact KSR has already been found and preparations are underway to pull the new cable into the protective tube.

Excavation works are now in progress. No ETR yet.

The heavy equipment and special materials will be on site tomorrow morning at 8 am. The manholes that are on site and need to be repaired will then be pumped free of water and mud. Then the new cable will be blown in, in the hope that the existing empty cable conduits are intact. The fact that the deep drilling was carried out at such an unfavorable location and depth unfortunately delays the fault clearance time.

The fault has been located. The outage is caused by a borehole. Heavy equipment and other materials are needed to repair the damage.

Measurements completed from both sides. Technicians drive to the suspected fault location.
