Digital Realty would like to inform you that the site is back to normal operation. Power is provided via grid and is UPS protected. Cooling remains stable. We are investigating on the root cause that triggered the sequence of the events during the incident. Our teams will continue to monitor the site closely. An Executive Summary will be provided with details regarding this incident

We currently see all equipment and ports up again but please take situation still "at risk" until Interxion/DRT confirm a stable situation.

Power returned to one feed of our racks and our services have started to recover until the power was lost again. Our technician is still waiting outside of FRA2 and is not allowed to enter.
Latest update of Interxion:
The engineering team at DE-FRA2, reports that site remains on generator feed while they continue to investigate the issue with the low voltage switch gear on the transformer.
Due to the electrical interruption the cooling system was affected and has now been restored to site and temperatures are returning to normal.
The B feed is back online, however, site access is currently restricted due to remaining infrastructure issues.

We received the following update from Interxion/DRT, however, power is still missing for our racks:
The engineering team at DE-FRA2, reports that the generator is running and power has been restored to the A feed. There are still issues with the B feed and infrastructure. We are working on restoring full power to the site.
With these repairs taking place, there may be the necessity to switch the power off to perform further electrical works. Digital Realty will inform you if this will take place.
Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

A technican is on standby next to datacenter for checking our equipment as soon power is back again and access granted.

The engineering team at DE-FRA2 reports that there has been an issue with the transformer supplying power resulting in loss of critical IT load to equipment in the space. Generators Failed to Start. The site team is investigating the source of the issue and scope of the impact.
