Due to ongoing construction activities in Hamburg, a fibre splicing point was accidentally damaged impacting some services.
An emergency maintenance is underway and our fiber technicians are already on-site to replace the damaged splicing point and restore services as soon as possible.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause. We will provide updates on the repair progress.

Damage is caused by a construction site in Hamburg. Repair is about to start, but there is no ETR yet.
