Das Problem wurde behoben.

================================================================

The problem has been solved.
Update 19.06.2025 19:26 UTC/19.06.2025 21:26 CEST
Update from provider: "Our fiber team has completed 350 meters of cable installation. However, an additional 300 meters remains pending as the probe is unable to traverse the duct beyond a certain point. The team is currently attempting to retrieve the previously cut cable to clear the obstruction and reuse the existing duct. This unforeseen challenge is contributing to delays in the restoration process. The revised estimated time for completion of the cable installation and subsequent preparation is awaited."
Update 19.06.2025 16:56 UTC/19.06.2025 18:56 CEST
Update from provider: "The infrastructure has been intercepted along the affected route. Based on the current pace of restoration and assuming no further complications, the estimated time of restoration (ETR) is 19:00 GMT."
Update 19.06.2025 14:42 UTC/19.06.2025 16:42 CEST
Update from provider:

"Please be assured that the team is fully engaged and doing everything possible to expedite the repair. The complexity of this situation stems from the fact that a civil contractor damaged our cable, which was buried and encased in concrete. As you're aware, access to the site required prior authorization from Civil authorities resulting into further delay into resolution, however our team is now working diligently to break through the concrete to reach the damaged section. The quickest path to service restoration is through a temporary repair. This involves installing approximately 700 meters of cable to bypass the damaged section.

Civil contractors working on the roundabout caused significant damage to the cable before it was covered with concrete. Permanent repair requires excavating the concrete and reinstating the cable duct. To restore service quickly, we plan to install approximately 700 meters of temporary cable within existing ducts where possible. However, the team has encountered additional duct damage from the civil works and is addressing these issues as they arise. Installing the cable is the most complex part, making an accurate estimated time of resolution difficult. Once installation is complete, cutting and splicing can be scheduled more precisely. Our priority remains to complete the temporary fix as quickly as possible, and we will continue to provide regular updates."
Update 19.06.2025 11:31 UTC/19.06.2025 13:31 CEST
Update from provider: "Field team has encountered an issue during the cable laying process, as it stopped after approximately 100 meters. Team is going to excavate to intercept the cable and assess the blockage. Simultaneously, we are also in contact with the company responsible for the initial damage, who may assist in facilitating the excavation work."
Update 19.06.2025 10:32 UTC/19.06.2025 12:32 CEST
Update from provider: "Field team is onsite and has begun implementing the temporary solution to restore services. They have found a suitable duct and started the cable installation. This plan, which avoids excavation, has been confirmed and is now in progress. A permanent repair will be executed afterwards to address the damaged infrastructure."
Update 19.06.2025 00:47 UTC/19.06.2025 02:47 CEST
Message from provider: "Upon further investigation our fiber team identified that the fiber cable is suspected to be damaged during a no (visual) dig excavation to bypass a roundabout in Cuneo municipality. There are no visual signs of cable damage. This is a restricted area and team would have to work on the provincial road and on the roundabout which is not possible during darkness and without the required permits by the local authorities. The Civil and splicing crew will arrive on site tomorrow morning at 07:30 GMT to resume the work. This has resulted in a Force Majeure situation. Next update will be shared at 07:30 GMT, 19/06/2025 or in case of any change in situation."
