Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.

Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

A ticket with the third-party supplier has already been opened.

Due to the redundant network structure, there is no outage.

Repairs on the fiber damage are still underway. The splicing was delayed due to challenging excavation conditions at the site. However, technicians are now set to begin splicing the first side of the fiber.

Restoration crews are currently working on-site to repair the damaged fiber. At this time, there is no estimated time of resolution (ETR) available.

The excavator is on site and prepared to start digging, the TMA vehicles are expected to arrive by 9:00 AM local time. The technician has directed the excavator operator on where to dig.

Techs are on site and have found the damaged location. They are currently working to find a way to restore the traffic.
The team/technician has ordered an excavator to the site, which will arrive in 1 to 1.5 hours. Fiber team will lay a new cable to bypass the fault.

Our fiber provider has confirmed the fiber cut within their infra and are further checking by dispatching their technicians.
