Technicians managed to expose one end of the cable section and are currently preparing a repair sleeve there. In the same time technicians continue to excavate the second end of the cable section. After this is completed we expect actual repair works to commence. At this moment ETR is not available.

Cable route was damaged at a depth of 5 meters. Currently technicians are trying to allocate spare cable and put it in place to begin with the splice works. Due to the depth of the damage the ETR is not available.

Fiber team confirmed the fault location near Gründau, Germany.After extensive investigations and further measurements from a pipe joint, technicians discovered damage at a major construction site. Massive sheet piles were driven into the ground, completely severing the cable infrastructure. The technical crew is now digging up the site to recover the cable ends.

Fiber team is at the fault location near Gründau, Germany and investigating the cause of the outage. Due to the complexity of the issue additional measurements were performed. The measurements will allow to better pinpoint the extent of the damage. No ETR at the moment.

There is a suspected fiber-cut. Field technicians have been dispatched to the affected locations to perform OTDR measurements. These diagnostics are critical to pinpointing the exact location of the fault and determining the extent of the physical damage.
