Our fibre team has advised that they have located the issue and are planning to replace the faulty section to resolve it. Please be advised that preparation works are currently ongoing. As of now an ETR is not yet available. More updates will follow.

Dear customers, Our field engineers have been engaged for dispatch. Our field engineers have performed OTDR from Marseille PoP. Break has been located roughly 6.8km from site. Updates will follow. Teams are enroute to the break. Please be advised that the activity on site continue in order to find the break location. As soon as more details are received from our FLM, we will share them with you.
