Update from provider:
As per OLO update, the fiber cut has been identified approximately 11 kilometers from Site 755. Our provider field teams are actively coordinating with the OSP team to carry out the necessary repair activities.
At this time, an estimated time of resolution (ETR) is not yet available, as the repair work is still in progress. However, the provider teams are working on service restoration with the highest priority and are making every effort to restore services as quickly as possible.
We understand the impact of this extended downtime and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. We will continue to keep you updated as soon as further information becomes available.

Fault has been localized approximately 40 km from 114 Rue Ambroise Croizat, St. Denis, Paris. The root cause has been identified as extensive fibre and infrastructure damage due to major roadworks activity. Field engineers are on-site and are currently performing damage assessment at the fault location. A detailed impact assessment is in progress.
