Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.

Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

A ticket with the third-party supplier has already been opened.

Due to the redundant network structure, there is no outage.

An ETR is not available yet.

The field team have arrived at the fault location and have started planning the repair operations. Our cable was damaged by excavation works by a third party company. To restore services, the field team will need to install a new section of cable and create two new splices.

Our field team has identified an event roughly 18km from Castillo de Garcimuñoz site, now arranging dispatch to the suspected location to further investigate
