The fiber team has commenced cable splicing.

Fiber team has reached the site and confirmed damage to two cables of 72 fibers and 96 fibers due to the construction work. Team has planned to pull new cable and splice both ends to bypass the damaged section. Cable pulling is expected to finish by 15:30 GMT, after which splicing will begin.
