Please be informed our provider infirmed us this is a temporary fix to the issue. As they were unable to find the exact spot of the fault, the service was shifted to another fibre pair. There will be maintenance arrange in the future for applying permanent fix.

We will like to inform you that our provider field team has located the fault at a hidden manhole, so their excavation team has been engaged.

Our third party provider has confirmed an ongoing outage within their network. Their field team has been engaged to investigate the issue further.
