Aktuell kommt es zu Störungen auf den folgenden Links:

MAD1 (Digital Realty Madrid MAD1-2) - PAR1 (Telehouse Paris 2 (Voltaire))

Es wurde bereits ein Ticket beim Leitungsanbieter eröffnet.

Aufgrund des redundanten Netzaufbaus kommt es zu keinen Ausfällen.

Eine genaue Dauer des Problems ist noch nicht bekannt.

We are currently seeing an Outage on the following Links:

MAD1 (Digital Realty Madrid MAD1-2) - PAR1 (Telehouse Paris 2 (Voltaire))

A ticket with the third-party supplier has already been opened.

Due to the redundant network structure, there is no outage.

An ETR is not available yet.

Fibre technicians from local partner are back on site since 08:00 UTC. A new cable will be laid to replace the damage section. Once the cable is in place, teams expect to start splicing operations in the next 4-5 hours. Assuming that operations go as planned, services are expected to begin to restore within 6-7 hours from now.

The investigation had to be postponed for today due to poor visibility. Our French partner was gathering evidence of the fault due to sheer scale of the damage. Partner is currently working on the restoration plan. Unfortunately our local partner would not be able to restore the fibers tonight. Local field team are arranging dispatch to help with the restoration works in the morning.

The teams remain on site, we are pending further updates on the status of the repairs, no ETR was provided, more updates to follow.

The OTDR test identified the location of the fault. The damage was caused by civil works in the area, teams on site are currently assessing the damage.

Engineers are currently being dispatched to site to perform OTDR testing to help pinpoint the location and nature of the fault.
